While I'm laid up with a messed up Achilles in one leg
and a wicked case of cellulitis (again) in the other,
what better to do than listen to the puppies talking to each other!!
Kati's Brutus got in BIG trouble today - ate part of the title to her brand new car.
Jake from State Farm - one of Mark's best pictures. That expression!!!!
Ned played hard then fell over asleep. Right in the kitchen person's workspace.
Pam checking up on Opal with a temp check.
Nicole finally got her Dane! Miss Cindy Lou Hoo (one of Gussie's babies) went to Canada to live with Cindy and her kitten, Pookie. They are bonding pretty quickly!!
Late at night (2am). Only the flamingo and I were awake...
Bonding - One transplant American pup and one Candian Kitteh:
More late night madness:
More bonding:
Discovering that Nicole likes purple as much as Miss Carlene:
Tumbler supervising the kids' dinner:
Thank you, explore and Mr. Charlie, for the new camera!!!
Ariot, always directly off Grace's bow:
Newborn cuddles:
Carlene taking a turn sitting with the new mama, who is exhausted. LONG labor!!!!
Lots of activity all over the house. And the "big puppies" are still puppies:
Wait, wait, wait...
Interesting shot - a "shadow-Opal" appeared in the window. (She was in labor, too!)
The pups outside offered encouragement to the mama-to-be:
Couldn't resist poking fun at the "changing of the guard". With a new litter's arrival,
our "little puppies" suddenly become kindergarteners!
I love puppies on the puppy-bus!!!
(The song reference is an old one, still near and dear to those from Boston!!)
Another song reference - this time to the musical "Oliver!"
The sound of that blender is pure magic to puppy-ears!
Tumbler entertaining the Snails
Miss Donna sitting with a very heavy and ready-to-go Opal:
The little Snails are having so much exploring the kitchen:
